From 20 to 23 August 2026, the traditional Sagra della Tagliatella alla Passera 'Mbriaca takes place in Rubbianello, a hamlet of Monterubbiano. The event is held at the Centro Don Bosco in Via Bramante, 3, and features the tasting of this typical local dish, accompanied by moments of conviviality. For the occasion, changes to traffic regulations are planned in the hamlet's town center, with transit and parking bans in some streets.
