World Drowning Prevention Day

On July 25, World Drowning Prevention Day is celebrated worldwide, a moment of reflection and action to combat drowning deaths. Marina Palmense also joins the initiative with a public event hosted by Camping Gemma. The meeting, promoted by the Bandiera Blu in collaboration with the Coast Guard and the World Health Organization, is part of the 'Mare Laghi Sicuri 2026' campaign. Good practices and behaviors to adopt at sea and on the beach to reduce risks will be illustrated, with a particular focus on prevention designed for all bathers.
1° Trofeo Città di Fermo - Burraco Tournament

On July 30, 2026, the 1° Trofeo Città di Fermo, a federal burraco tournament reserved for F.I. Bur members, will be held in Torre di Palme, a hamlet of Fermo. The event takes place in one of Italy's most beautiful villages and starts at 9:15 PM.
Fiera di Natale

The Fiera di Natale (Christmas Fair) of Fermo returns on December 8, 2026, the day of the Immaculate Conception, enlivening the historic center with hundreds of stalls. From 8 in the morning until evening, the city streets fill with handicrafts, local products, Christmas decorations, and gift ideas. The event is a consolidated appointment for residents and visitors, who can stroll among the stands, taste local specialties, and discover unique artifacts. The historic center, with its squares and alleys, provides the backdrop for a day of Christmas shopping. Admission is free and the event takes place entirely during daytime hours.
